Dr. Hartl Named to American Academy of Neurological Surgery

Roger Härtl, MD, was officially welcomed as a member of the American Academy of Neurological Surgery at the organization’s 2023 meeting. The Academy, an elite group of top North American neurosurgeons, was organized to promote, sponsor, and mentor laboratory, translational, and clinical research in the neurological sciences. 

“I am honored to become an Active member of the Academy,” said Dr. Härtl, the Hansen-MacDonald Professor of Neurological Surgery at Weill Cornell Medicine and Neurosurgical Director of Spinal Surgery at Och Spine at NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center. “I look forward to participating in the mission of fostering innovation and discovery to improve patient care.”
