We offer a three-month, non-clinical, minimally invasive spinal surgery and navigation research fellowship, under the direction of Dr. Roger Härtl, neurological surgery professor and chief of spinal surgery and neurotrauma at Och Spine at NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center.
This fellowship provides the opportunity for observation of our spinal team, specializing in advanced, minimally invasive surgical treatment techniques for a wide range of spinal conditions, including:
- Herniated discs.
- Spinal stenosis.
- Spinal compression fractures.
- Scoliosis.
- Ankylosing spondylitis.
- Radiculopathy.
- Spondylolisthesis.

Application
We typically recruit candidates for this fellowship one year or more in advance of the start date. Fellowships typically run March-May, June-August, September-November and December-February.
