Dr. Pannullo to Judge Stump the Professor Night

Dr. Susan Pannullo, Director of Neurosurgical Radiosurgery at Weill Cornell Medicine, will serve as a judge in the upcoming “Stump the Professor” event hosted by the New York Society of Neurosurgery. In this annual event, neurosurgical residents present complex cases to a panel of neurosurgeons. This year’s event will be held on January 28, 2021, at 7 pm (online due to the pandemic). The three professors to be challenged are Dr. Jamie Ullman, Director of Neurotrauma at North Shore University Hospital; Dr. Simon Hanft, Section Chief of Neurosurgical Oncology at Westchester Medical Center; and Dr. John Houten, Director of Spinal Neurosurgery and Neurotrauma at Maimonides Medical Center. Weill Cornell Medicine PGY-4 neurosurgery resident Joseph Carnevale, MD, will be among the residents presenting cases.

Dr. Pannullo will share judging with Dr. Constantinos Hadjipanayis, Chair of Neurosurgery at Mount Sinai Beth Israel. For information about individual or department tickets, visit the Stump the Professor page on the New York Society of Neurosurgery web site.
