NewYork-Presbyterian celebrates the match of Kate Tobin Carroll, MD, to our accredited fellowship in pediatric neurosurgery for the 2025-2026 academic year. Dr. Carroll is currently completing her neurosurgical residency at the University of Washington School of Medicine in Seattle.
